Meet Our Founder
Wendi DeMorst, Founder & Independent Educational Consultant
Wendi DeMorst is a dedicated educator with over 26 years of professional experience. She launched her academic journey at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she earned a BA in English. Wendi further expanded her educational horizons through a study abroad experience at The University of London, Westfield. She later earned an MA in Teaching from Chapman University, solidifying her commitment to education.
Over the years, she has also been particularly successful in helping students choose and apply to college, guiding them through the complexities of the college application process. Wendi firmly believes in the potential of every student, and is confident that with the right support, each student can successfully apply to and thrive at the college of their choosing.
Wendi has worn many hats, including English teacher at both middle and high school levels, high school counselor, nationwide teacher trainer specializing in instructional strategies, and literacy coach for a non-profit. Currently, she serves as the Associate Dean of Student Instructional Support at a Community College, where she has been a valuable asset for the past 16 years.
