Package/ Services Cancellations & Refunds.

SONNOG's packages are comprehensive, bundled services that include a combination of meetings, individualized planning, research, application guidance, essay support, review, feedback, and ongoing communication.

If a client chooses to discontinue a package before all services have been provided, the client may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the package.

Because each student's needs and progress are different, refunds are not based solely on the number of meetings completed or the amount of time that has passed. Services already completed or substantially performed will be valued using SONNOG's applicable à la carte service rates in effect at the time the package was purchased. The value of those services will be deducted from the amount paid, and any remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

Services already completed or substantially performed are considered earned and are nonrefundable.

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the original payment method or payment provider, when applicable.
